Engraved with the arms of William Augustus Home-Drummond Moray of Abercury, Scotland.

Gabriel Sleath was one of the best-known and most successful silversmiths of the period; his work includes the famous wine cisterns in the Hermitage in St. Petersburg and in the Grocer’s Company Guildhall in London.
